Candidate Referral Program Whether client or candidate, as our way of saying "thank you" for referring qualified candidates to us, Van Zeeland Associates will reward you $500 for every candidate you refer to us that results in a placement. PROGRAM RULES Van Zeeland Associates, Inc. will reward you with Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for every referral you submit that is placed within twelve (12) months of the date of the referral under the following circumstances:

The referral must be a candidate that is not already in our files or was not previously submitted to our office.

Your referral must be placed within one (1) year from the date of the referral and must stay in the position in which we placed him/her for a minimum of sixty (60) days. You will be contacted once your referral is placed and payment will be made available to you sixty (60) days after the placement date.

You must claim your reward within one (1) year of being notified of the placement of your referral.

If your mailing or e-mail address or telephone number changes from what we have on file, you are responsible for notifying Van Zeeland Associates by e-mail at
gvze@gvze.com with the change. If we are unable to contact you, the reward offer becomes null and void.

Candidates cannot refer themselves and be eligible for the reward.
